Why Does Ashok Gehlot Reject To Be Congress President
In Rajasthan, currently, Indian National Congress Party (INC), in general in public tone we call Congress Party, is in current state government. Ashok Gehlot is current chief minister of Rajasthan. He is well known person of politics & most of times he became chief minister whenever Congress Party win the Rajasthan state election. He is very close to Gandhi family. You don't get confused that it is Mahatma Gandhi family. Many people relates Gandhi family which is in politics & leading to Congress Party with real Mahatma Gandhi family. In reality Mahatma Gandhi family is not in active politics. Few members of Mahatma Gandhi family are involved only in social cause & some time there names appear in 📰🗞️ newspapers or heard from 📺 📺 televisions.
Congress Party rules India last 70 years. We cannot say they don't do development in India. India did progress under the Congress Party government but the development was very slow. It's true if you already know that you always get the 👑 crown, why should you have to worry & this happens with Congress Party & Gandhi family. Now there is a result of action. Opposition Party "BJP" is now leading the India government & Narendra Modi is Prime Minister of India.
Congress Party already lose the government in many state. At present, they are in government in 2-3 states. One of big states is Rajasthan where Congress Party is facing political crisis. Rivalry of CM Ashok Gehlot & Deputy CM Sachin Pilot is not hidden. Even, few months ago, Sachin Pilot had tried to replace Ashok Gehlot from CM position. Sachin Pilot is a very young person than Ashok Gehlot & very close "as declared in television debates" to Rahul Gandhi & he wants a chance to rule a state. Rajasthan is his own state.
Nevertheless, Congress Party is in a situation when no one prefers to become Congress Party President because everyone knows that Gandhi family will interfere & try best for not loosing control over party although someone else becomes a party president. Current situation of Congress Party including governments in very states makes difficult in receiving party fundings. So funds is also a big problem for Congress Party. Party is losing congress members also. Now it is difficult to find members of Congress Party at root level & in villages.
No state governments, no funds & no members for running the party smoothly & there are much more challenges than previous years when Gandhi family is in leading position & who will guarantee that Ashok Gehlot becomes Prime Minister of India or retain his presidency if Congress Party win parliament election of 2024 because Rahul Gandhi is already already promoted as a PM candidate from many years. All these facts Rajasthan CM Ashok Gehlot knows already. He knows very well that he can do hard work to bring Congress Party on a track of success but he will have very less chance to taste the success when Congress Party gets a chance to select a PM for India. Others, one of them is very special, are already dreaming the same. Therefore, it is better to stay as a CM and make strong catch on state politics, thus, there is a chance to be a CM after next election also. If Sachin Pilot becomes Rajasthan CM one time, then it will be impossible for Ashok Gehlot to return as a CM.
Congress Party Presidency is unstable one side & another side Ashok Gehlot will also loose the state politics.
