Ucrain & Russia war has direct impact on human lives. Many Ucranian & Russian soldiers are dying every day on battle ground. Similarly many people of economically poor countries are dying from being hungry due to food supply chains which are blocked due to Ucrain & Russia war. 

France, Germany, Turkey, Israel, India, now China are trying continuously to convince Ucrain & Russia to sit together on the table of peace negation & discuss & draft a peace proposal. But none of them succeed to convince neither Ucrain nor Russia for a peace.

Bald therefore rejected from marriage

We read several articles published on this issue on the internet. 

One article was very interesting but with sad news that a techi intelligent guy ended his life due to this reason. 

Another was a bride cancels her marriage at the last moment on marriage day when she finds her husband-to-be is a bald man. Her parents & parents of the groom suggested she change her opinion but she did not change & her groom returned home without marriage. In many cases, the rejected groom married another girl in the same marriage ceremony. 

A boy in his marriage age has been rejected more than 100 times because he was having severe hair loss problems & probably he will become bald soon. 

A bride rejected a groom from marriage considering that the groom would become bald in future because the father & brothers of the groom are bald. 

Baldness appears due to many factors. Two of the most important factors are genetic structure & stress. 

Genes are transferred from parents to kids, & that's why we have few characteristics of our parents. Our looks, face structure (nose, head frontal area, ears, lips, chin, chicks), body colour, hairs & many other characteristics are partially similar  either to our mother or father. People normally say that a person is a son or daughter of that person because similarities between next generations & their parents are easily recognizable. 

Sometimes, similarities with grandparents also appear. 

Stress is also an important factor because it generates hormonal imbalance in the body, thus, it can ignite the hair loss mechanisms. 

Unstressfull lifestyle is very important but most people live stressed in their adult age, therefore, hair loss starts to appear after the 40s. At a young age, very few become bald. 

We know people whose father & brothers are not bald but the guy becomes bald at his young age. It is a clear example of a stressful lifestyle that has an impact on hairs. Genes also play a big role in baldness, of course.

The bride rejected the groom because she considered that the genes  of the parents would provoke hair loss of the groom someday & the groom finally became bald. 

There are many published news & articles, & stories told by people of different societies. But the reality is that all these incidents happen depending on territory or a social structure with which both, bride & groom, belong. All the above incidents happened in India as we read in newspapers. 

Asian countries are more traditional in this respect. In our country what is the situation? You can write in the comment section or you can send us by email & we will publish it with this article. 

Now, if you move towards the west, in Western countries, girls don't mind whether their husbands have hairs on their heads or not. Some of them informed us they trim hairs of their husbands, & few of them shaved hairs of their husbands completely because they prefer to have a husband clean from hairs, thus they will look more smarter, attractive & younger. 

Who doesn't want to have a husband who always looks very smart, attractive & young? Do you?

Also western society does not mind whom you choose to marry. In western world society does less interference in your business of living life. Individualism is dominant over socialism. Every of your acts is decided by you and for your own life, & that is without considering what your society will say about your act. You are happy, that's enough. 

Thus baldness is not a reason for rejection of you from marriage in western world . Are you compatible with your partner or not and that is the main reason, and that's why pairs spend many months or years in a live-in relationship before taking a final decision of marrying with a live-in partner. 

Head without hairs, nevertheless, it is now a fashion style. 

Many kids & young guys shave their hairs on the sides of their heads keeping small or big hairs at the center of their heads. Even a few girls apply this fashion on their heads to give a different look & show the adaption of the modern style. 

Not only in western world , this fashion is popular in every continent, even we find it in many traditional countries including India. 

In India, it is famous that a bald person is always a rich person. Bald people are lucky in earnings whether it is money or property or business. 

But unfortunately it is an acceptable & real fact that they face more challenges in finding a partner to get married than others who are not bald. 

It is very similar as a girl & her parents give preference in selection to those grooms who have government jobs, even the groom is working in a position of a peon. 

A government job holder groom is always on top of everything including the girl will avoid his baldness & accept to marry & become bride.

Now the question is on whether you need or not need the hair loss treatments. This depends totally on personal decision. 

If you read thoroughly the terms & conditions of the hair loss treatments providers, you come to know that there is no guarantee of a stable recuperation of your hairs as you have them naturally. You have to provide special care to your hairs grown on treatments. In the case of natural hair, we normally don't care about our hair.

The Quartiles, Terciles and Deciles, each one is an bibliometric indicator that has the function of evaluating the importance of a journal within the total number of journals in its area, seeing its position in relation to said journals.

Now how to know if a scientific journal belongs to Quartiles (Q1, Q2, Q3 and Q4), Terciles (T1, T2 and T3) and Deciles (D1, D2, D3.....). 

Step 1: Open JCR data base and search a scientific journal. Once the scientific journal is located in JCR data base, click on its title to obtain all the detailed data of the scientific journal.

Step 2: In the category section, it can be seen to which categories the scientific journal belongs. It can be more than one category. 

What are Quartiles?

By dividing a list of journals ordered by impact index into 4 equal parts, each of these parts will be a quartile.

Q1, Q2, Q3 and Q4

What are Terciles? 

By dividing a list of journals ordered by impact index into 3 equal parts, each of these parts will be a tercile.

Khalistan! Why does this word suddenly come to our attention nowadays? 

Because we have seen a sudden increase in the numbers of the news related to Khalistan. 

Even on YouTube the numbers of Khalistan related video contents are drastically increased. 

Therefore, anyone will try to know what is Khalistan as we did after reading few of those news and watching few YouTube videos. 

We saw a YouTube shorts of Indian home minister Amit Shah's interview in which he was talking about Khalistan and the actions taken by the Indian government. 

Through news, we came to know that,  in Canada, USA & Australia 🦘🌏, people wearing turbans of different colours on their heads did manifestations with flags of yellow colour on which it is written "Khalistan".

When we investigated to know more in detail, we found that these people are Sikh, a community of a religious group which live in a province "Punjab" located within Indian territory. 

All of these people now live abroad, out of India, such as in Canada, Australia, USA etc. 

From abroad these Sikhs organise such march to show their solidarity with a demand of making Punjab province as an independent country.

Punjab is one of the richest provinces of India as Maharashtra is economically. 

Sikhs of Punjab continuously do migration to abroad for living & earning. 

Similarly people of Kerala province migrate in bulk numbers to live & work out of India. 

Every family of Sikhs and Keralites has someone living out of India. 

Both provinces are rich. 

With time these communities have developed very good networks of family and business between India and abroad which allows them to immigrate to another country.

Punjab is on top for wheat production & Kerala is for its big tourism industry. 

Tons of wheat are exported every year from Punjab to abroad. 

Similarly millions of foreigners visit Kerala every year as tourists due to their beautiful beaches. 

Both have good resources to generate money &, thus, to be strong economically. 

They have much better living conditions than any other part of India. 

But Punjab, situated in northern India, is at the border of Pakistan.

However, Kerala, situated in south India, does not have any border with any neighbouring country. 

Of course, Sri Lanka, a very small county, is located at the end of the southern India. 

The difference in relationships with these countries and India is well known. 

India has conflict with Pakistan from many years, but not with Sri Lanka. 

In 1947, when India became independent from the British regime, Punjab province was divided in two parts;  East Punjab & West Punjab. 

West Punjab is given to Muslim-dominant Pakistan and east Punjab to Hindu-dominant India. 

Due to this reason many families of Punjab province of India have their relatives in Pakistan. 

Pakistan uses this relationship to provoke Sikhs for demanding from India, Punjab as an Independent country named "Khalistan".

Pakistan supports the groups of these provoked Sikhs economically, and provides them arms & training for operations in Punjab territory.

This allows them to perform terrorist activities in Punjab province, thus it can create unstable & unsafe territory. 

It is very similar as Pakistan is doing in Kashmir, the top north territory of India. 

During the period of government of Indian Prime Minister Indira Gandhi, in the mid 80s and 90s, the terrorism in Punjab reached at its extreme stage. 

Few religious leaders, who were leading the movements of Khalistan with the support of Pakistan, were closed to declare that Punjab is now an independent country and they named "Khalistan". 

Golden Temple, the topmost religious centre of Sikhs, was the headquarter of these Sikh militants. 

On the reports of intelligence agencies, Mrs Indira Gandhi ordered the Indian army to attack on the Golden temple & make this religious place free from militancy. 

The Indian army attacked the Golden Temple & many of these Sikh militants died in this attack. 

We were kids during that period. 

We remembered perfectly that we were traveling in a public bus with our aunty to arrive at her village to spend a few days of our summer vacation. 

We are located far away from Punjab province. 

On that day, suddenly, a bus full of Indian military personnels & their arms, machine guns & many others equipments installed on windows and roof of the bus came speedily from back of our bus. 

They were asking everyone to leave the road & go on the footpath. 

The bus was having a loudspeaker to announce the orders. 

Our bus driver also followed the order as others drivers of vehicles were doing. 

He immediately left the main area of the road & tried his best to keep the most part of the bus on the footpath. 

Of course, the footpath on either side of the road is not so wide where a bus can be adjusted fully due to the big size of the bus. 

But he adjusted the bus in the space somehow. 

My aunty had started praying to the god. 

Other travellers were also a little bit afraid.  

Because the army was cleaning the road from the crowds of vehicles. 

There must be a very serious concern which all of us felt. 

After a few minutes another bus came very speedily from back with Sikh army personnels, guns etc installed on windows and roof of the bus. 

All of these buses were running at very high speed. 

Back to this 2nd bus another 2-3 buses were running. 

It seemed all of them were chasing something. 

First one was clearing the road to avoid the accidents & casualties of civilians. 

After a few minutes everything became normal.

We reached the village of our aunty without any problem. 

Of course, the driver managed to drive the bus very slowly, carefully, and adjusting the bus inside the footpath as much as possible during this period of horror. 

As fellow travellers my aunty was also afraid and she kept praying 🙏 to god during the whole bus journey. 

We were kids so we did not understand anything at that time except that we were watching everything surprisingly. 

Few days later someone in my family told us the first bus was the Indian military bus, the second bus was the military personal, mostly Sikhs, who were against Indian government, and last 2-3 buses were Indian military bus who were chasing the 2nd bus from Calcutta and trying to stop them before reaching to Punjab but without causalities. 

To avoid causalities the first bus was ordering the people to leave the road with their vehicles as much as possible. 

We were on a main road of a long distance journey "Grand Trunk Road" that starts from Calcutta ports to reach Afghanistan and other central Asian countries. 

Presently it is a highway. 

At last the Indian army managed to stop the 2nd bus somewhere many kilometres far away from us on the road. 

Now when we think about that incident we can easily measure the depth of Khalistan movement in the mid 80s and 90s. 

 

After the achievements of the Indian army, the appointments of the best administrative officers of the Indian army, and the police & civil services of India in Punjab province made this province free (or limited movements) from militancy. 

But now the Khalistan movement is in operation from outside of India. 

Sikhs living in Canada, USA, Australia 🌏 and many other countries (Reserve ✈️ & 🛏️ a Best Deal) are supported by different governments, agencies, NGOs, civil societies. 

These non-resident Indian Sikhs are provoked to march with banners & flags demanding for Khalistan. 

Most of the time we have seen in videos that they are walking with Pakistan flags also. 

This means Pakistan's direct involvement in organizing such activities abroad. 

The population of migrated Sikhs is very high in numbers in Canada, therefore, most news of Khalistan movement are released from Canada. 

The Indian government has raised several times with the Canadian government the concerns of Khalistan movement in Canada. 

Time to time, to make pressure, the political leaders of the Khalistan movement have organized referendums for Khalistan. 

Nevertheless, all of these actions are organized in foreign countries which are away from the legal system of India. 

Many of participants of Khalistan movement still have Indian passport, and they are PIO or OCI card holders.

This means they still prefer to visit India because their roots are in India although they live out of India. 

Many of them prefer to die in Punjab after retirement from job. 

Politics is the politics of few people to make their political careers.

Today I was surprised when I visited a notary office to collect papers related to cancellation of a home loan on behalf of a friend. 

The friend is on a tour so I received a request from him to visit the office and collect the papers. 

Notary office is very close to my 🏠🏡 house so I accepted the request without hesitation & visited the notary office without any delay. 

Why was I surprised? The surprise came when the officer sitting in the notary office & attending to me for my request told me that now your friend is free to sell the house or maybe it is already sold.

This statement was like an electric shock for me. 

Then, another officer of the notary office came to assist the officer attending to me and who informed my friend by email to collect the papers related to cancellation of the house loan. 

I was surprised she gave the same statement that your friend is now free to sell the house or maybe it is already sold because he submitted his application in the middle of last year for these papers and we had them in our office for many months. 

It is clear from this statement that my friend was not in a hurry to get these papers. 

But why are they saying that now my friend is free to sell his house or create a suspicion saying it is already sold. My friend still lives in his house. 

Moreover, I collected the papers but I did not ask them the reason for saying this statement. Yes, I asked them whether my friend has done any more paperwork. They answered negatively. 

Now I had to attend a student whom I have been guiding for the last many years to improve his English, and of course, to improve my Spanish as well. I went to his house & during the talk, before starting our conversation in English & Spanish, I said to the parents of my student that I am coming from the notary office informing them that I visited the notary office to collect papers of the cancellation of the house loan of one of my friends. 

The father of the student immediately asked me if my friend is going to sell his house or has a plan to sell his house . I was surprised again because I am facing the same questions which had been asked in the notary office. 

Now I was 100% sure that there would be any indication very established in Spanish society related to if you do paperworks for cancellation of a house loan. 

The same parents informed me that they have already paid total amount of house loan of their house but they still have not done this paperwork because they consider it does not require if it is already paid 100% loan of house. 

What will change if a house owner does the paperworks for cancellation of a house loan? 

In the database of house registry it is written in one line that your house is registered associated with a house loan. 

If a house owner does paperwork to get a certificate stating cancellation of a house loan at the notary office and then submits these papers to the registry office, the officer of the registry office will remove this one line that your house is registered associated with a house loan. The parents informed me of this. 

But they asked me if one house owner already possesses a no-dues certificate from the bank stating that it has been paid 100% of the house loan, then what is the need of doing paperwork in the notary office to get a certificate stating cancellation of a house loan. The notary office will charge you 300-400 euros equivalent to 24000 - 32000 Indian rupees. Is there any way to avoid this cost? A quick question arises in the mind of anyone. 

I understand them very well and agree with their argument. Suppose, a house owner sells a house some day, then I think this should be enough that the house owner shows to the buyer of the house a no-dues certificate from the house loan providers, maybe from the bank, stating that the house owner has paid 100% of the house loan. 

The house owner is unable to hide the fact of a house loan because in the registry database, which is a public database, it is written that the house owner receives a house loan for purchasing the house. 

A house buyer can easily access this registry database by visiting the registry office of property and possessing an authorisation of the house owner to get access to registered data of the house. 

The house buyer inspects the database for finding, specifically, the current running house loan and any other type of house associated debts besides other information like area size, year of building construction , house structure and house location because this information helps the house buyer to make decisions for investment of money in purchasing the house.

We continue with the issue which is under discussion in this article. How many real estate agencies are available all over the world . They have their offices everywhere to support their clients who are buyers or who are sellers of properties. A house is a property. In Spain we call them "Agencia Inmobiliaria". My friend also bought his house through Agencia Inmobiliaria. 

The house purchase process was very simple as my friend informed me. The agency invited my friend one day to visit the office. The officer of the real estate agency had a discussion with my friend to know his exact requirements. They signed on a paper that the agency will receive 5-10% of the purchase cost as a commission. After that they asked my friend to sit down and wait for their call or email. They never send emails with bogus advertisements of house sell or apartment on sale or book an apartment in a newly constructed building or invest money to book an apartment in a building which will be constructed. Of course, we can connect you with this Real State Agency of Spain but you have to contact us.

You may be surprised to read the title "Certificates-on-chip" for this article. Also there may not be any article published on the issue which will be discussed under this topic. You may have a question about the reason to invent such a topic which seems very ambiguous.

Of course, with the development of advanced technology implementation at a broad level all over India, now aadhaar card, PAN card, bank passbook and many other types of documents are also now available to demonstrate your identity.

Now the question is on Certificates-on-Chip. Why is it so necessary in current situations of professionalism and family life? 

In professional life you need more and more certificates to show your capacity to earn new skills, otherwise, you may be fired from your job to hire a new person more talented than you as demonstrated from certificates or you may be working for years and years in the same position because you are not promoted due to lack of certificates. 

You may ask what happens with experience which you have gained from working many years in the same position of job. Of course, experience counts but you need a certificate to demonstrate it. You need tons of certificates for progressing professionally. 

Similar is the case for family life. Family life does not mean only to have a beautiful lovely wife and many kids, and also brothers, sisters, parents, other family members, and friends with whom you pass your time and enjoy life. There is of course a role of certificates in these relationships. 

You have to marry your wife i.e. one certificate will be issued from the marriage registry office. Kids are born, again, you have to register their births in city hall to get their birth certificates. You buy a house, or construct a house for yourself, again, you need several permissions from different government offices & all of them are certificates that you have to show if there is any inspection on the construction site. So Certificates, Certificates, Certificates more and more you receive during your whole life time. 

Yes, after death, there is also a certificate which is called a Death Certificate. Your family will need this certificate to replace your name with the names of family members and to divide your properties among family members. 

Overall it is clear that there are many certificates and you need them from time to time to justify your situation in different stages of your life. 

Have you ever heard of "Organ-on-Chip" or "Retina-on-chip" or "Vessels-on-a-Chip" or your identification-on-a-chip?

Anyone prefers to have a copy of a printed version of certificates of a purchased land or house or house loan or any other such documents that are very important. That's why it is recommended to develop a Certificates-on-Chip which will allow you to store every certificate and assign a number for each certificate. 

You visit an office and the officer needs a certificate. You provide the officer a card possessing certificates-on-a-chip & then inform the assigned numbers of needed certificates. Similarly you can use it electronically on the internet. You pay money using your bank credit card but, in this case, you transfer your certificates. 

Of course, there will be problems with hackers but new innovations of technology as it is going on currently will certainly solve this issue and you will never lose your stored Certificates-on-Chip.

Like everyday in morning at 10:30 PM I take a break from my work for having a short walk to provide a relax to my legs and back. Besides, I use this opportunity of walk for visiting to a restaurant situated close to my work place. There I normally order a cup of green tea and the price of a cup of green tea which I pay daily is 1 euro 10 cents. When a restaurant´s waiter serves me green tea, then I have to prepare it before taking sips of green tea.

You are sitting on sofa or sleeping 😴 💤 on bed or walking in a park, but you have to find items with Red ♥️🍒 colour. 

- Have you counted all that have ♥️🍒 colour? 

- May be you found 10 things in Red ♥️🍒 colour. 

- Now you have to think 🤔 :

"During your counting of Red ♥️🍒 colours, have you focused on those things which have Green 💚🍏 Yellow 🟡💛 Blue💙🔵?"

- Your answer will be "No". 

- Am I right? 

- Now consider:

7 Months Delay Postal Mail

My sister dispatched me this letter with Rakhi on 26th July 2022 from India & I received this letter today 2nd February 2023 in Spain. 

More than 6 months in postal mail. 

I think this letter did a travel of all over the world before landing to Spain. 

Moreover, I celebrate Rakhi festival today.
