4. Burgos – Covarrubias – Santo Domingo de Silos
This route is pure medieval magic. Burgos Cathedral is majestic (free entry on select days!), and I filmed the bustling life along the Paseo del Espolรณn. Then I took a local bus to Covarrubias, where time seems to slow down.
