Don´t believe blindly on Chatgpt

Nowadays, I am studying the French language in school, and I hope that I will be able to pass the exam to obtain a certificate at the A1 level of study.

This is an initial level of study.

I did not know anything about the French language except for "Oui," which means yes.

I go to a state-governed language school, and there are 15 students.

Our language professor always speaks in the French language, even to explain grammatical parts of the French language.

Sometimes, professor speaks one or two statements in the Spanish language.

Therefore, most of the time, I am unable to understand the grammatical aspects of the language.

However, I note everything in my notebook that the professor writes on the blackboard.

Later on, I use ChatGPT to explore more of whatever the professor has taught me in class.

Not only this, but I also use ChatGPT for many other purposes: writing articles, correcting grammar or improving paragraphs, sometimes asking to write my text in professional terms, or correcting email write-ups, and many more things.

I regularly use English, Spanish, and Hindi, and I am now learning French.

I used to blindly believe in ChatGPT, but one day I discovered that ChatGPT was providing me with incorrect information.

Now, I cannot blindly believe in ChatGPT.

Below is an example.

I used the Snipping Tool to take and crop the pictures of my conversations with ChatGPT, then used "Paint" to open the pictures and mark the texts with a red line.

1:- I wrote "Prendre" to know more about it. ChatGPT showed me the following result.

2:- Then I asked ChatGPT to explain to me about "-er" and "-re". ChatGPT showed me the following answer.

But I was surprised when it showed me that verbs ending in "-re" belong to the third group.

"Prendre" has an "-re" ending.

3:- Due to confusion, I asked ChatGPT to clarify whether "Prendre" belongs to the first group or the third group of verbs.

ChatGPT answered me that "Prendre" is a third-group verb.

4:- I informed ChatGPT that it had previously told me that "Prendre" is a first-group verb.

ChatGPT apologized for the mistake and thanked me for catching the error.

After this incident, I cannot blindly trust ChatGPT anymore.

Google, Yahoo, Bing, and other search engines still hold importance.
