Healthy life means you are far away from problems. 

Problems create problems to health, so why not you try to live without problems.

- Choose that colour

Let's choose Red ♥️🍒 colour

- Now search everything around you which has Red ♥️🍒 colour. 

You are sitting on sofa or sleeping 😴 💤 on bed or walking in a park, but you have to find items with Red ♥️🍒 colour. 

- Have you counted all that have ♥️🍒 colour? 

- May be you found 10 things in Red ♥️🍒 colour. 

- Now you have to think 🤔 :

"During your counting of Red ♥️🍒 colours, have you focused on those things which have Green 💚🍏 Yellow 🟡💛 Blue💙🔵?"

- Your answer will be "No". 

- Am I right? 

- Now consider: 

Red ♥️🍒 colour is equal to a Problem

- When you are focused to find problems, you don't have seen that there are Green 💚🍏 Yellow 🟡💛 Blue 💙🔵 are also around you. 

- Conclusion: 

Don't focus your attention on problems. Forget them. They always live with you. 

Focus your attention on other sides of your life which are full of joy & positivity.
