Canned Fabada
I live in Spain and always organizing & inviting to my friends for Indian meals. My Spanish friends also invite me for Spanish breakfast, Spanish tapas & vermu, lunch & dinner, & for parties, & Spanish festival. I participate with intention to make social interaction, learn new things & increase my understanding about Spanish society, culture & traditions. Few days ago one of my friends inform me to organise lunch party of Fabada. I searched on internet & I found that Fabada asturiana, often simply known as fabada, is a rich Spanish bean stew,. It is originally from and most commonly found in the autonomous community of Principality of Asturias. But it is widely available throughout the whole of Spain and in Spanish restaurants worldwide. I surprised that there are Canned fabada which is sold in most supermarkets across the country. I remembered now that I have seen these canned Fabada in supermarket but I never bought them. But now I will buy one to prepare at home.
