Why am I interested to do chat or a telephone call to amazon? 

What is the reason? How to do it?

Few days ago someone hacked my laptop.

They hacked amazon?

At mid night I open my email account once again to read the emails. I saw several emails from amazon about shopping.

I have not done any shopping whole day then why I received many amazon emails?

I forwarded all these emails to amazon fraud department.

I searched on internet telephone numbers of amazon customer care. 

There were three amazon telephone numbers. 

Two of telephone numbers of amazon were unpaid and one was paid.

May be you can find these amazon telephone numbers today by internet search. 

I did several calls on these telephone numbers of amazon costmer care but everytime I heard automatic and pre recorded messages that this amazon number is not working.

You can do chat or telephone call from your amazon account only.

For telephone call, you have to select that amazon customer care call you. 

I selected this option of amazon. They called within seconds.

Both chat and telephone call you have to do by selecting the amazon product which you bought or trying to buy and then select options for your questions. 

After selecting 3 options, you will arrive option of the chat and telephone on amazon website.

If answer of your question is already available in amazon faq then you donot see the option of chat or telephone call.
