Aspiration brings depression

Life is tough. Do you agree? 

Life is very simple if you know to live and enjoy it. Do you agree?

Second one seems a philosophical statement. 

Most of you will take it as someone is lecturing philosophy.

Life seems very tough. It seems or it is or we make it tough. Several questions.

We are in modern age which is very much competetive and requires your full capacity. You have to compete with individuals as well as technologies. 

Competion with technology is normally very fair than that with individuals. 

Individuals are your colleagues of work place, your friends, family members and peoples who are arround you of the society.

Competition with your work place colleagues is always there but it reaches at its maximum when they form a group and you have to face a group, not an individual. 

You can handle an individual easily than a group. Nevertheless this nich is always very tensefull. What do you think?

Waite & Watch. Time is always not same. It may apply in above case. Did you face any such situation? What have you done? You can answer in comment section.

Others three are less competetive and occasional including job competetion. In all cases, Waite & Watch. Time is always not same.

You may have cometition with your friends but it is always occasional. 

Family members are always in less compete nich. You are not going to feel very intense competition with them as you will feel with others.

There is always a hope sitting internally in your mind for friends and family members which you donot going to feel in other cases. 

Peoples of the society, they are least competetive. 

If you are an ambitious person who always succeeds for aspirations, then life for you is much tough. You make it tough for yourself.

Because you always feel a vacuum which is still not filled. It is also true, either you accept or not, it is never going to fill.  

Then, what are you doing? You are only hurting yoursef. Your aspiration may drive your mental health towards depression. 

You do everything for a job position with aspiration to get it. 

But you may have indications that you are not going to get it. Do you think this aspiration may drive towards depression?

It is yes in my opinion if you donot believe on there is always an alternative. But human nature always avoids to accept that there is always an alternative. 

Nevertheless, on passing above situations, at last what will you do? You will sure start to cosider for life is very simple and you have to know to live and enjoy it.

Because in the competing, you will reach at a point where you will think for why should you live tenseful or why should avoid to live with what you have. 

Few days ago I agree with one of my family members: Do your duty only. 

You may or may not achieve your aspiration but you will feel satisfaction that you have performed your duty. Again it seems a philosophy.

But, since you donot have option to release consequences or results or determine it should be in your favour, you will say and believe: DO YOUR DUTY ONLY.
