Madrid, the capital of Spain, is a city where most of tourists, who enter in Spain, come to do a city visit due to many touristic spots, parks & musiums. The business persons do visit Madrid because this city is a hub of businesses. Several business meetings are organized everyday because business persons can reach to Madrid international airport very easily due to very good international flight connections. High Speed trains from different parts of Spain & Europe make Madrid a central spot for business meetings. Working professionals do visit to Madrid regularly due to tons of job opportunities. 

Moreover, all of them need an accommodation during their stay in Madrid. Apartments, pension, hostel, hotel and many more options are available in Madrid. However, if your budget for travel is tight, then, certainly you will look a cheaper accommodation. We are going to search what we can get as accomodation in 10 to 20 euros to stay in Madrid.

Viajes Diarios de Valladolid a Madrid por Trabajo

Es buena idea 💡 hacer viaje diario desde Valladolid a Madrid para trabajar. Es una buena pregunta y sé que mucha gente está buscando la respuesta de esta pregunta incluso yo también. En este respeto yo hice una analysis del costes que yo tengo que cubrir para trabajar en Madrid haciendo un viaje de ida y vuelta entre Valladolid a Madrid, además de las incomodidades que tengo que enfrentar. En continuación voy a escribir en inglés porque siento más cómodo expresarme en inglés. 

I am living in Valladolid city center from last 15 years and very well incorporated in the society. I have many Vallisoletanos as my friends from a long time because this is a sort of need to make friends from the natives of a city if you want to incorporate in the society. This way you can understand the culture & tradition of a city & know what to do & what not to do in a city. 

Of course, you need supports of your new friends for living for a long time in a new city where you don't know anyone when you arrive there. My case was same but now I am happy due to my social integration. 

But we can not avoid that Valladolid has less opportunities for finding a job which is suitable for you & in accordance with your technical expertiese & experience. Due to this reason, many Vallisoletanos start to look towards Madrid, a capital of Spain, which is a hub of businesses. Many national & multinational companies have their offices in Madrid for their business activities & they require continuously new peoples for their new job openings. In Spain, Madrid and Barcelona are two principal cities of national & international trades. Barcelona has ship ⚓ ports also for import & export trade. 

Madrid can be reached from Valladolid in 55 minutes by high speed 🚃🚂 trains, and 2 hours & 30 minutes by bus or car. If you are traveling to and fro everyday Valladolid to Madrid, you prefer to do by train. Of course, it is little bit costly but train journey is more comfortable than bus journey. 

Lets compare the journey time for bus and train: 

Common in both cases

1- Suppose 20 minutes walk or bus ride from your House to Valladolid Rrain Station (20x2=40 minutes to & fro journey)

3- Suppose 20 minutes walk or bus or metro or cercania ride from Madrid Train Station to your office (20x2=40 minutes to & fro journey)

Total is 80 minutes. 

High Speed Train journey

- 55 minutes High Speed Train journey Valladolid to Madrid (55 x 2 =110 minutes to & fro journey)

On High Speed Train journey you will spend total 3 hours (80 + 110 = 190 minutes) each day for reaching from your house 🏠🏡 in Valladolid to your office in Madrid. If you live in Madrid on opposite corner from your office, probably you will spend same time for travelling in bus and metros to reach your office. 

Each day Valladolid to Madrid travel by bus, of course, it is not a good because you will loose 5 hours only in bus & your body may not allow you after certain period.  

Now we look for ticket price for high speed train travel from Valladolid to Madrid. I have paid 18 euros to 55 euros for one side journey. The price depends on many factors including a day of the week, hour of the day, the peak hours, how many days before you did your ticket booking. Nevertheless, if you are doing everyday journey Valladolid to Madrid, the best is to purchase a pass. Renfe release many offers every year. Few of them are: 

Sometimes the train company Renfe provides 50% discount on pass for certain period, therefore, it is good to consider a discount when you are taking a decision to buy a pass.

- Select what you want to share

- Click on share button

- In social media icons, click on Telegram

- Select Telegram channel

- Click on post button
