3rd vaccination experience

On 25th January I took my 3rd vaccination but I faced with very bad experience. This time I noted the reaction was not only in my left arm and whole head, but it covered whole left side of my face. I felt like my face is freezed or a sensation when you walked on a very low temperature for many hours and felt toes of your legs are freezed. Besides, at left corner of mouth and left eye, a sensation like ants are crawling in this area. Moreover, the situation was bad which started after 12 hours of vaccination progressively affecting other parts but I did not visit to hospital for emergency. During talk today with few people, I come to know that many others also had faced same problem and in medical doctors visits for emergency, they have been informed for either they have passed COVID infection without knowing it or they have enough amount of antibody.

 Beside intensive fever, pain etc we have to face this situation also...ufff...

शंकर का संस्कृत में अर्थ है- “शं करोति सः शंकरः”

यानी, जो कल्याण करे, वही शंकर है।

The meaning of Shankar in Sanskrit is - "Sham Karoti Saha Shankarah".

That is, the one who does welfare, he is Shankar.

Why to eat Suran on the day of Deepawali

On the day of Deepawali, peoples eat suran that is veg but it can prepared to give a taste of non veg.

Suran is called jimikand OR kand. Nowadays, hybrid suran can be found in the market. Sometimes even indigenous suran is available in the market.

Every vegetable seller in the market, especially in North India, definitely keeps suran in shop 3-4 days before Diwali. Interesting point is the life of suran is also very long, so sellers or buyers can store it for very long time.

Suran is a vegetable that gives itchy senesation. Therefore, after eating, people definitely is used to ask that your throat is not being cut.

Suran is the only vegetable in which phosphorus is found in excessive quantity. Now even medical science has accepted that if we eat naural suran vegetable on this one day, then there is phosphorus in the body of a person for months. It is good for health.

It protects from serious diseases from piles to cancer.  

It contains fiber, vitamin C, vitamin B6, vitamin B1 and folic acid.  In addition, potassium, iron, magnesium and calcium are also found in it.
