The baba ka dhaba (बाबा का ढाबा) is nowadays very popular in social media. I also come to know this title and story few days ago, then I start to investigate for what is the case and how does it become so popular.

I read several articles published in online social media and newspapers, and watch several youtube videos posted by youtube creators including those videos which are posted by well know popular news channels. Now I write what do I feel for the Baba Ka Dhaba (बाबा का ढाबा). 

The story starts from a 80-years old person Kanta Prasad who is living in the South Delhi's Malviya Nagar with his wife and managing a small food shop for earning. He does not live with his sons due to family disputes.

The popular food blogger and YouTuber Gaurav Wasan of the"Swad Official" has visited his shop one day, and recorded and posted a video on his official social media platforms demostrating that these old person are living poorly and need public support. 

Because due to Coronavirus lockdown very few clients are visiting his shop for purchasing food. He is facing tough to earn few money for his own bread. Both, his wife and he, are very sad for the situation.

The video and news about the Kanta Prasad and his wife become viral in social media. 

On an appeal of Gaurav Wasan, many people come forward to support the old person Kanta Prasad.

Few famous actors and social media popular names have shared the story and video of Kanta Prasad and his food shop for bringing it in public attention. 

As a result of these public calls, many people have visited Kanta Prasad´s food shop, did purchasing of food as well as donations. 

Kanta Prasad himself said that he earned 75000 rs in one day from this public support. 

The blogger Gaurav Wasan has shared his, his wife and one other family member´s bank account numbers for accepting the donations. The problem starts at this point. 

Kanta Prasad registers a case in police against Gaurav Wasan claiming that Gaurav Wasan has recieved 20 lakh Rs as donations but does not transfer this money to his bank account.

Gaurav Wasan is saying that all the money is transfered to Kanta Prasad and he has shown publically money transation report of his bank account. 

Kanta Prasad  has recruited a manager, volunteers etc for managing his shop and crowd which is coming to purchase food. 

Many companies like Pepsi etc has sponsored Kanta Prasad´s food shop. 

I read somewhere he is planning to open a chain of new shops with the brand name Baba Ka Dhaba (बाबा का ढाबा). 

Who is lying? I am not for judging this. 

But I can say the old person should have kept patient. He has to give thanks to Gaurav Wasan, requests more help from him for branding and finding more clients, creating jobs and recruiting unemployed peoples (no volunteers or volunteer manager), and has avoided filling a case in police against Gaurav Wasan.

If the food blogger Gaurav Wasan has not recorded and posted Kanta Prasad´s story for his earning from his food shop, noone is going to know his situation.

Youtuber and blogger Gaurav Wasan has posted Kanta Prasad´s story to add more highlights in his name and fame showing he helps people living in poor situation, otherwise he has not done it. 

Youtuber and blogger Gaurav Wasan should had open a bank account specifically for this purpose, and avoided to use his personal bank accounts for public cause 

Gaurav Wasan should had said that 10% or whatever ammount of donations would go for other services; helping others, his own travel, food, whatever he thinks because he is using his own time to bring such stories in news.

When I become fail What should I do

Why am I writting on this topic? 

Because I myself start to feel I am failed. My mind and internal soul or peace is looking answers for several related questions.

Do I fail? I am failed, then what to do now.

I am fail What should I do? Why am I fail? Have I done something wrong? But what I have to do now. 

I am facing many questions and feelings. I know you would be facing too if you are also failed. 

There are tremendous psychological pressures once you feel you become fail. We sometimes feel should we do suicide? 

People normally fail on professional and/or social level. Mostly people feel failure at both level. What do you think? You can write your answer in comment section. 

What do I understand about failure, I am going to write for you. 

Becoming fail is just a feeling which you feel psychologically when you are unable to achieve to what you want to achieve. You sometimes donot have any target but things are not moving in your favour. You take this as your failure. I hope you agree with this argument. 

In deed noone never becomes fail. Life provides continously learning opportunities. Failure is also one of these opportunities when you can think about you. 

You were thinking only about your professions and/or social relation till now but you have now an opportunity to think about you only. You have to look and find your internal peace. What gives you an internal peace? 

Do you get your internal peace by performing your best? Do it. Donot think for unfavourable or favourable results. Important is your internal peace. You performed your best. Thats it!!!!! Full Stop!!!! No comma!!! No doubts!!! Nothing!!! Trust only on you perform your best. 

What others are saying for your performance, donot worry for it. Because they cannot do same as you do except that they only can speak bla bla bla. 

Performance is a creativity. 

You need internal peace for professional and social level. By professional I mean to  say; jobs, business, work place, colleagues etc. Girlfriends, marriage, kids, parents, friends, social surroundings etc I mean to say by social level.

Internal peace erases your psychological pressures incluiding the thought for doing suicide. 

I know very well it is very tough to find internal peace in this modern age in which we live and enjoy fast running life. 

Because we look only to how and what to do for living. We may get enjoyment in mid and although it is for short period, we feel happy. But may be we loose our internal peace and become habitual for it. 

Oh! it seems I am going far from initial question; When I become fail What should I do. Nothing to do. «You did your best, You do your best and You will do your best.» Read several times previous line. 

It refers to what you did (learn by consequences), what you do (start by learning) and what you will do (there is only best result)

Trust on you. Trust on life provides you again and again opportunity. 

I think I become an Indian Guru or Sadhu baba. What do you think?

Biden vs Trump: who will win 2020 presidency? Who is leading the 2020 US election polls? Good question!!!!

Everyone has this question in mind nowadays. What do you think? Who is leading or winning? In other word; who is going to become the next president of America? 

The 2020 US Presidential Election is under debate all over the world. Because US internal and foreign policies have an impact on all over the world. Not only american population, many countries depend on these policies. 

USA directly or indirectly regulates world economic trade along with political and field wars in many countries.

Television debates between Biden and Trump are seen by millions of people in many countries. 

American live in many countries. Similarly many immigrants live and work in the USA. Many of these people have the right of vote and decide who is going to become US President.

"HipoTeca" "Mortgage" Home Loan in Spain

Hipoteca is very popular in Spain and most people have atleast one hipoteca. 

 

I also have one. 

 

I am going to call it home loan from now. 

In Spain people take loans from banks frequently for paying purchase, travel, beauty and for covering many other costs. 

 

Then they pay their bank loans during whole life. 

Spanish banks provide easily loans. 

 

They ask you for your 6 month salary slips (Nomina) and endorsements (avals). 

In case of the homeloan, Spanish banks ask you to sign on a legal document prepared taking your purchased flat or home as an endorsement. 

In case you fail to pay loan, the loaning bank will take over your flat. 

 

As much as I know the bank can take this action if you fail to pay 3 home loan instalments. 

 

However, you can negotiate with them to get more time for payment telling your actual situation. 

The banks in Spain offer you to contract them for other services such as direct deposit of your salary in their bank from your employer, home insurance, life insurance, pension plans, credit card and many other services. 

Depending on the negociation and as a consequence contracted services, the bank can modify the loan interest rate and can offer high interest on your saving account. 

There are two types of bank loan interest. 

One is on fixed rate i.e. bank will charge same interest rate always independent of european economic situation. 

 

Suppose european economy is down resulting euro rate falls down. 

 

But bank will charge same interest rate that is fixed on your negotiation with bank for terms and conditions of the loan. 

 

In this case interest rate will be always high starting from minimun 2%. 

Homeloan instalment amount = Fixed amount + fixed interest rate negotiated with bank. 

Loan money to pay per month = 1000 euro + 3% of amount. 

Other one depends on the rate of Euribore that is related to european economic situation. 

 

When economic is good, Euribore rate will be high and as a consequence you have to pay more interest rate. 

 

Besides you have to pay interest rate. 

 

Interest rate is normally under 2% on first year of loan. Second year loan interest is normally 0.99%. 

Homeloan instalment amount = Fixed amount + flexible interest rate (interest rate + Euribore rate)

Loan money to pay per month = 1000 euro + (0.99 + Eurobore rate)% of amount. 

Euribore rate is published everyday in european newspaper. Since there is economic crisis at global level, therefore Euribore rate is in negative from many years. 

 

However, it has been agreed legally that Euribore rate will be set at zero in case of bank loan although real Euribore rate decreases and reaches in negative from zero. 

 

Similarly it has been set the higher level of Euribore rate. 

 

As much as I remember it is 5%. 

 

The bank can not ask more than 5% although Euribore rate increases and reaches more than 5% when european economy is good. 

Most of people look for flexible homeloan interest because economy experts have already reported low rates of Euribore for many years. 

 

Currently Euribore rate is set zero for bank home loan.
