In Japan 🗾 people live longest life. Japanese 🍙 people live more than 100 years.
I live in Spain & I met few Spanish peoples in far away from city life in Spanish villages who were having 98-100 years.
I don't remember if I met any one who were having more than 100 years.
Nevertheless, few of my friends told me during my visit to Spanish villages that city hall of this specific village has organized a big celebration 🥳🎉 for old peoples with more than 100 years age.
Few villages are habitats of more than one person who has 100 or more years.
I remember that one time one of my friends (I) specially drove her car to a nearby village of her village, where I was staying with her family (husband, kids & her brother) in weekend, to show me her uncle and say to hello to him.
I was also very excited for this opportunity to meet a 100 years or more than 100 years old person.
We parked and visited her uncle 🏠🏡 house.
He was sitting close to a chimeny covered with blanket.
I said him hello & I was very happy.
In India, uncle of my father died after 100 years (Chachere Baba).
We met him every year for few days whenever we travellers to our village to spend few days.
After that I never met or heard about any one with more than 100 years age in India.
Moreover, thus, in European countries many people survive more than 100 years.
In fact, it is related to healthy lifestyle & good health system.
I don't what is average life in America, Canada, Australia 🌏 or middle east countries because they are either in a category of developed or rich country.
I heard, in many countries of Africa 🌍, people die at age of 40-50 years.
I don't know what is average life span in Latin American countries or South Eastern or Eastern countries. What is average life time in your country?

In Spain, normally people retire at the age of 65-67 years after working for 35-37 years.
I heard recently that Spanish government wants to increase the retirement age.
Now the question is when does younger generation get the job if you increase the retirement age to 70 or more years.
Nevertheless, in Spain the numbers of unemployed people are high than other European countries & pay scale is low.
Spain is considered one of poor European countries.
But one of good things of Spain is that everyone receive a pension on retirement.
When you pass an age, you will receive pension from Spanish government although it is at minimum 700 euros.
But if you have worked for 35-37 years on a good pay scale, you will receive same amount of money as a retirement pension which you were getting as a each month salary through job.
There wouldn't be any difference between your salary and your pension.
Nevertheless, many people in Spain do investment in private pension plans, thus, they can earn more 💰 money or they have a pension plan as an investment of extra 💰 money.

Sure, I still belong to young generation in Spain, although few of my friends in India have already started to do kirtan of "Hare Rama Hare Krishna" & few talks about Maya, Moksha or Moksa & Mukti, popular terminologies of hindu philosophy & religion that is used when we talk about liberation from cycle of death & rebirth (Samsara).

Nearly 15 years ago, one of my brother's friend came to visit me when I was in India at my home for one month.
Everyear I visit India for one month.
Of course, I have to do a visit every year because I born in India & I have my mother & siblings, & my parents house in India.
Few people of my job in Spain, they don't agree that I do a visit every year for one month, but everyone is free for opinion, agree or disagree.
Nevertheless, at that time, my brother's friend was working as an agent to sell SBI life policies.
Now he doesn't do this job.
I asked him to tell me where I could do an investment of a small amount of money.
He explained about two policies of SBI life.
SBI life is well know in India.
SBI stands for State Bank of India which is associated to Reserve Bank of India.
SBI is a largest bank and is a public bank that means Indian Government is owner of this bank.
There is less chance of loss of an investment if it is done in a scheme of a public bank.

After several talks with my brothers on 🤑💰 money matter, I decided to invest in both plans.
One plan was to invest one time for 10 years and he ensured me to recieve double amounts at end of the plan (10 years).
This plan is already closed & I received an amount.
He recommended me to invest in a SBI pension plan.
I agreed with him to invest each year a small amount of 💰 money in SBI pension plan.
I asked him for how many years I have to pay installment.
He said me only for 5 years. We met his manager in SBI life insurance office to ensure everything including I have to pay only for 5 years the installments.
The manager was belonging to my cast.
You know, in India, castism is a dominant factor.
I live outside of 🌎🌍 India from last 20 years & have travelled approximately 40 countries & have seen different cultures & met people of different cultures, religions & races, therefore, now I am above to cast issue.
But India is a India. Anything can happen.
The manager of SBI life insurance explained me as it was explained by my brother's friend.
There was much tally between statements of both.
I repeatedly asked them the term of payment is only 5 years to ensure it.
Both told me: Yes, you have to pay only for 5 years but you will receive pension only after 18 years.
I was happy 😊😁 that I will pay only 5 years because who knows what will happen with me due to job instability.
My situation were allowing me to take decision in favor of to do payment in short periods for long term investment.
SBI life pension plan was for 5 years payments to receive pension after 18 years.

Five years had gone & I paid each year the installment as we agreed & signed.
The manager prepared the whole documents of SBI life pension plan after meeting & we signed the documents.
But I surprised on 6th year when my brother received a phone call from SBI life office regarding payment of 6th year.
He answered them that the period of payments was only for 5 years.
But he received several SMS & phone calls for payment. I requested my brother's friend to explain me the situation.
He told that he had left the job, so he did not know more about it but he recommended me to talk to manager for explaination.
I called the manager over phone & he denied that he said the term of payments was only for 5 years.
I said him I didn't have any recorded version of our conversation, otherwise I showed him what he said during meeting.
My brother agreed that the agent, who is his life long friend, did not know terms & conditions of a policy.
An agent only know how to sell a policy & anyhow he has to sell a policy because he earn commission on each sell, but a manager must know the details of each policy because the manager is a permanent employee of SBI life insurance office.
An agent has a temperory job of selling SBI life insurance policy which can be left anytime if it does not generate enough 💰 money of living life. Am I right?
