Ear to paprika

Ear to paprika.
 Ingredients for two ears: .. an onion .. 4 cloves of garlic .. hot paprika .. cayenne .. cumin .. soft vinegar .. fresh parsley .. olive oil.
 We put the chopped ear in the speed pot and cover with water .. add salt .. hot paprika .. a couple of cayenne .. a cumin powder and cook for 20 minutes.
 In a frying pan we put a little olive oil and fry an onion and some garlic ... all chopped ... when it is done we lower the heat and add a teaspoon of hot paprika ... two tablespoons of vinegar and evaporate ... add the strained ear and a couple of tablespoons of the broth to cook the ear ... sprinkle with fresh chopped parsley and mix well.
