Normally how do we know that we are ignored at work place. There are many signs and few of them are;
1- At your work place, people who consult with you everyday on issues, they stop 🛑 to consult with you. This means that they consider that they are now more secured position than you. They don't need you now, although you supported them in past by sharing the credits of your achievements. This is the first sign of being ignored. Therefore, it is recommended to share the credits of your achievements on receiving reciprocally. You have to maintaine a good relation but without sharing your achievements.
2- At your work place, people talk with you very pleasantly face to face but posteriorly you find it is removed your name from important documents or replaced with a new name. You have been used in accordance to their suitability. You have been included in past in documents but now your name is replaced with a new name without informing you. Your name replacement without informing you a reason is confirmation of you are now being ignored.
3- Competition: People ignore you so that you cannot know what are business issues currently are under talk or how you can you achieve a goal. Same people have achieved a goal but they will never share important points with you which are very crucial to achieve the success. Sometimes, even, they make a group to do collectively. Again this is a sign of being ignored.
Suggestions
Our suggestion is to give the priority for living the life, not only for living for your job and work place people. Make a plan, search a best deal, look for interesting 🤔 materials from our collections, & do what you want to do. Life is very short. Time disappears very quickly from the life, therefore,
